What does Growth cost?
£749/month, or £636/month when billed annually (15% saving). All features included, no per-seat charges.
What's a credit?
Credits are how we measure AI usage. Each interaction with Genie costs credits based on the complexity of your question and the length of the conversation. A quick metric lookup might use 1 to 2 credits; longer conversations where you ask follow-ups, request charts, or dig into root causes can use 15 to 30+ credits per session. Your dashboard shows your balance and per-conversation usage in real time so there are no surprises.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up credits at any time from your dashboard. Top-up pricing is shown in-app when you approach your monthly limit, and Growth top-ups cost less per credit than Starter top-ups. All top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
When should I upgrade from Starter to Growth?
When you're regularly using more than ~2,000 credits per month, when you need more than 3 connectors, or when 12 months of history isn't enough. Growth also gets you faster data sync, dedicated onboarding, priority support, and lower per-credit pricing on top-ups.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over. Top-up credits, however, are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade any time from your dashboard, no sales call required. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Your data stays intact through any plan change.
